RG Williams began his successful career in Real Estate following the teachings of his personal mentor, Dr. A.D. Kessler. Like Dr. Kessler, Mr. Williams began with literally nothing to his name, learning to profit from the owner-financing boom of the 90′s. With his rising success, Mr. Williams discovered ways to assist others to implement the secrets of success in business and in life.
Now, having taught thousands of individuals and numerous corporations how to employ proven success strategies, secrets and techniques, Mr. Williams returns to the stage with his greatest collection of training systems to date. RG Williams is a critically acclaimed author, motivational speaker, and real estate investor. Al Philip-Neri brings a remarkably diverse background to the Wealth and Riches staff. His distinguished career encompasses sales, training, consulting, and management in a broad cross-section of disciplines. Additionally, he offers a M.A. in Organizational Management, a B.A. in Psychology, as well as a proven track record in regards to problem analysis, restructuring, and implementation of more effective ways to conduct business
Al also has a great deal of public speaking experience and he is also known for his team building and negotiation capabilities, project management, and other skills that serve him well in the highly competitive real estate investing business. As a former Deputy Director of juvenile correctional facility he was tasked with bringing stabilization and leadership to a juvenile correctional facility that was labeled as out of control and a safety risk to both inmates and staff members. Al is also an Associate Professor at a local university in the metro Denver area in the Criminal Justice program.
Al currently is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado as well as a national based investor. He believes in the American Dream and being able to accomplish anything you set your mind to with the correct plan.
